Creating Vibrant Health

The art of healing is a constant balance between attending to the physical body, the mental body and subtle influences or energetics.  I believe that natural therapies assist the individual who is ready to create change within themselves. Ayurveda encompasses all aspects of life.

Ayurveda is the science where what is useful and detrimental to health and life, the happy and unhappy states of life; what is good and bad for life, and its measurement of life itself, are described.  ~CS Sūt. 41, ch/vol.1
