Creating Vibrant Health
The art of healing is a constant balance between attending to the physical body, the mental body and subtle influences or energetics. I believe that natural therapies assist the individual who is ready to create change within themselves. Ayurveda encompasses all aspects of life.
Ayurveda is the science where what is useful and detrimental to health and life, the happy and unhappy states of life; what is good and bad for life, and its measurement of life itself, are described. ~CS Sūt. 41, ch/vol.1
Elizabeth is an Ayurvedic Practitioner educated at Minnesota Institute of Ayurveda, 2020-2023. Focusing on inherent qualities of her clients, her goal is to serve their highest potential. With 15 years immersed in complimentary health, she is knowledgable about full body wellness and various integrative modalities. As an herbal apprentice in the Pacific Northwest (2010), she became knowledgable about the unique actions of plants as food medicine and has used them extensively therafter. A proponent of slow food, Elizabeth has spent time as a pastry baker and creates meals from scratch. Delicious meals need not cost a fortune nor take too much time. She is a continual student in health related topics (allopathic, integrative, traditional) as well as east/west spirituality.
